This sauce is a quick, tasty way to dress up chicken or fish (such as salmon). It cooks while you’re making the rest of the meal. I like to make extra to have with chicken and rice lunches.

Lemon Cream Sauce

This sauce is a quick, tasty way to dress up chicken or fish (such as salmon). It cooks while you’re making the rest of the meal.

Instructions

  1. Heat the ingredients in a small saucepan, but do not bring to a boil.
  2. Decrease heat to low and let simmer gently while the rest of the meal is cooking.
  3. Sauce should reduce by about half. Add a bit of salt to the sauce if you like.
