Lemon Cream Sauce

This sauce is a quick, tasty way to dress up chicken or fish (such as salmon). It cooks while you’re making the rest of the meal.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chicken stock or half stock, half dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Heat the ingredients in a small saucepan, but do not bring to a boil.
- Decrease heat to low and let simmer gently while the rest of the meal is cooking.
- Sauce should reduce by about half. Add a bit of salt to the sauce if you like.
